Your responsibilities will include leading well planning and execution, assessing technical challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will play a crucial role in monitoring drilling performance, participating in risk assessments, and ensuring best practices are consistently followed for project execution. Work towards continuous improvement to enhance overall efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of drilling operations

• Lead analysis of drilling performance data

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and practices

• Collaborate on operational performance improvement initiatives

• Conduct root cause investigations for drilling challenges

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering essential

• At least 5 years of drilling engineering experience

• Specific offshore drilling experience preferred

• Competence in well delivery processes necessary

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required
