NSB Omega seeks a skilled Electrical Project Engineer for a leading Utilities Client in St. John's, NL. Collaborate on significant projects with a focus on technical support and risk management.
This role supports our Project Execution Team in enhancing project delivery across Newfoundland and Labrador. The ideal candidate will leverage their electrical engineering expertise to ensure effective project scope verification, technical documentation, and risk management. Your work will contribute significantly to project success and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to Project Managers
• Execute engineering due diligence for project planning
• Oversee risk management activities and mitigations
• Conduct field verifications and detailed project planning
• Review and approve technical documentation and shop drawings
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering
• P. Eng registered with PEGNL or equivalent
• 10+ years in electrical project engineering
• Experience with onsite project monitoring
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
