As a Senior Structural Designer with EXP, you will collaborate with an engineering team to provide top-tier services for Mining Clients.

Your role involves 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and creating comprehensive structural designs for various project phases, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Your expertise will guide junior designers and facilitate effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce structural designs and drawings in AutoCAD and Micro Station

• Assist in project delivery, including scope, cost, and schedule

• Develop detailed working drawings for steel and concrete structures

• Supervise and mentor junior designers and Engineers in Training

• Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years in structural design for mining or industrial projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Micro Station required

• Experience with Civil 3D and Revit is an asset

• Knowledge of mining industry standards is crucial

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
