DOF Canada is hiring a motivated Chief Engineer for its fleet of Offshore Supply Vessels. This position requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and ancillary equipment management. You will lead a team to ensure safe operations, oversee maintenance, and comply with environmental regulations to meet class requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vessel machinery operation and maintenance
• Uphold Planned Maintenance Systems and inspections
• Train Engine Room Department on compliance regulations
• Prepare dry dock specifications with management
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure workforce engagement
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education in Marine Engineering
• First Class Motor-ship Certificate
• Experience on Offshore Support Vessels
• Knowledge of ISM and MARPOL regulations
• Valid Canadian Seafarers Medical and Passport
