Senior Artist & Label Operations Manager

We are seeking an Ontario based, full-time Senior Artist & Label Operations Manager to support our growing roster of artists and oversee day-to-day label operations. This is a senior, fast-paced, client-facing role that requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.

This hybrid position blends label operations, release management, artist development, A&R support, and early-stage management coordination. Because we work closely with developing artists, the role is highly collaborative and hands‑on, with responsibilities that may occasionally extend beyond traditional label functions.

You will play a central role in project execution — building and maintaining detailed timelines, coordinating release schedules, managing campaign workbacks, and supporting long-term strategic planning across the label and artist roster. The role also includes oversight and coordination of grant applications, industry award submissions, and key operational deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings strong music industry experience, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. You are adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment where no two days look the same.

Some evening and weekend availability will be required to support events, showcases, meetings, and artist needs.
