Responsibilities
- Supports the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes and submission for the NAM region.
- Creates visibility of actual/budget/forecast spend and works closely with key stakeholders to help drive business performance.
- Provides financial oversight of product / project costing, working with Product Managers/Owners to ensure costings are accurate and within approved budget/forecast.
- NAM region and Product management budgets and forecasts are completed efficiently in accordance with the timetable and to the required quality.
- Delivery of budgets and forecasts consistent with Product business cases.
- Supports delivery of the monthly assigned region within NAM, Product Management Business Unit Performance reports, providing quality financial analysis and insights to support decision making.
- Supports governance activities in relation to application of the IMDEX capital investment policy and guidelines.
- Monthly reporting deliverables are completed efficiently in accordance with the timetable and to the required quality.
- NAM and Product Management performance and monitoring of variance to plan is clearly communicated / understood.
- Quality financial analysis for decision support.
- Works collaboratively with the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team including TM1, BI and Pronto subject matter experts to leverage reporting capabilities and develop best practice reporting and short-term financial planning processes.
- Support enhanced performance reporting for Product Management and Product Development.
- Support the definition of key business performance metrics and reporting for the Product Management and Product Development teams.
- Fit-for-purpose Performance Reporting providing regional, executive management, Product Management and Product Development teams with the required insights.
- Key business performance metrics are clearly defined and support reporting needs across all levels of the organization.
- Supports strategic and tactical financial analysis, modelling, and evaluation to support decision making.
- Supports financial governance and reporting of costs over the product and software lifecycle
Functions as lead finance role in operational region and has ultimate responsibility for ensuring month-end close happens successfully and fully supports any associated requests from either corporate or region.

- Minimum of 7 years work experience gained in a global/multi-national company
