Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process pension entitlements for members

• Address inquiries from plan members on pension matters

• Coordinate with various stakeholders regarding benefits data

• Conduct audits of member contributions and service credits

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate member records

Requirements:

• College diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Minimum 5 years in pension or benefits administration

• Progress toward CEBS or PPAC designation

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills for complex information
