What You’llDo & The Impact You’llMake

As a Senior Universal Banker,you’llbe thego ‑ to financial guide for members. You will:

Lead financial conversations  with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, andlong ‑ termgoals.

Build relationships  that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service.

Provide expert support  on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.

Mentor and support Universal Bankers  , helping elevate the member experience and team performance.

Solve problems creatively  , from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.

Drive branch success  through sales, service excellence, and smart decision ‑ making.

Preference for  Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Your impact matters.  Every conversation could help someone buy their first home, improve their financial confidence, or finally breathe easier about money. Your work directly helps build stronger member sand stronger communities.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of sales or customer service experience  (or related higher education).

High school diploma or equivalent  required.

Ability to  obtainandmaintainan NMLS number  .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills  that reflect Summit’s positive,member ‑ focused culture.

Adaptability and sound judgment  to handle unique daily challenges within established guidelines.

Active listening skills  and a commitment to fully understanding and resolving member needs.

Ability to  build relationships and communicate proactively  with members andnon ‑ members.

High attention to detail  , with consistent follow ‑ upandfollow ‑ through.

Comfort using the  Microsoft Office Suite  and digital tools.

Basic math skills  and readiness to learn more complex financial concepts.
