dutiesbuild and maintain effective working relationships with first nations, federal, provincial and municipal partners, and internal teams, including supporting issue resolution when required.deliver and manage programs and agreements such as grants and contributions, leases, licenses, budgets, and service delivery activities. Ensure program activities comply with legislation and policy requirements, and work with partners to resolve issues.support the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and information management practices.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs, services, and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.plan and coordinate programs and projects, contributing to strategic planning and analysis. Work with internal and external partners to develop options, provide advice, and support operational planning.provide program expertise through analysis, briefings, reports, presentations, and participation in committees. Sch works closely with local harbour authorities and partners to manage, maintain, and improve harbour infrastructure that is essential to fishing communities across the country.
