Home Support Worker responsibilities include the following:

• Providing personal care to clients in a professional manner
• Companionship and support in the client’s home
• Medication assistance (All our Home Support Workers will be properly trained and delegated by an in-house RN)
• Meal preparation, household management, and assisting with daily routines
• Ensuring client safety

Requirements:
All applicants must have a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.

Communication

This position requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Our Home Support Workers must be able to communicate with our clients for a clear understanding of their needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Salary of $20.23 per hour, including 4% vacation pay
