Key Responsibilities:
• Offer tailored patient education and counseling
• Create and document personalized care plans
• Ensure safe medication dispensing and operations
• Collaborate on health programs and service initiatives
• Stay abreast of pharmacy practice developments
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from recognized institution
• Current pharmacist license in the province
• Certifications in Injection and First Aid required
• Experience with Kroll software is a plus
• Strong focus on customer care and health promotion
