Join Resolve Sleep Health as a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator based in St. Johns, Newfoundland, and make a difference in patients' lives.
Your role will be pivotal in delivering quality care.
As the first point of contact, you'll guide patients through their care journey while ensuring that the clinic runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide welcoming service and support to patients
• Manage and coordinate patient appointments and referrals
• Educate patients on sleep therapy processes
• Oversee insurance claims, payments, and billing tasks
• Assist in the sales of therapy products and replenishments
Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare, administration, or customer support
• Comfort using digital tools and EMR software
