As a Talent Sourcing Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting hiring needs while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers. Your primary focus will be on providing a positive candidate experience and leveraging sourcing strategies across various platforms, including social media and job boards. You will also represent Irving Oil at external events to attract prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to outline and fulfill recruitment needs

• Ensure a highly engaged and positive candidate journey

• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through networking

• Identify innovative ways to promote employer branding online

• Manage and triage incoming talent pipelines effectively

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field

• Relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment marketing

• Proficient in Linked In Recruiter and resume sourcing techniques

• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills

• Customer-oriented with a detail-focused approach
