Take charge as the SAP Service Delivery Manager at EPI-USE, focusing on delivering exceptional client services. Prioritize operational excellence and strong stakeholder management.
As the SAP Service Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring high-quality service delivery across client accounts at EPI-USE.
Your role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients while collaborating with internal teams to achieve contractual commitments and improve service processes. You will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and successful service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management practices
• Conduct regular service reviews for performance analysis
• Lead incident and problem management processes
• Collaborate with sales and project teams on renewals
• Identify opportunities for service improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in SAP environments required
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• ITIL certified (Foundation or higher)
• Familiarity with EPI-USE solutions and SAP Success Factors
• Financial and commercial awareness in contracts
