The position focuses on Level 1 incident management, requiring proficiency in desktop support and server administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure user accessibility through desktop support
• Manage the identification and resolution of incidents
• Oversee server administration tasks and backups
• Conduct routine system maintenance checks diligently
• Ensure compliance in software and IT asset management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
• 2-4 years relevant IT experience or equivalent education
• MCP certification required; MCSE is preferred
• Knowledge of VMware and Windows systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
