You will facilitate training for staff, coordinate customer service functions, and manage system performance evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Xplor Recreation (Perfect Mind) system

• Assist with audits and system performance evaluations

• Develop training programs for users on software systems

• Support client service operations at the front desk

• Coordinate website content updates for effective communication

Requirements:

• Three years of experience with recreation software

• Two-year college program completion in relevant fields

• Experience in leading changes in software use

• Strong customer service skills and financial transaction knowledge

• Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings
