In this challenging role, you will ensure daily operations of our IT infrastructure, handling upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintaining both cloud and on-premises systems. A collaborative approach is necessary, as you'll work closely with IT peers and cross-functional teams to enhance technology stability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute server and system upgrades and maintenance

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity challenges

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across platforms

• Document processes and solutions for ongoing improvement

• Collaborate on technology rollouts and business needs
Requirements:

• 5+ years as a System Administrator or in a similar role

• Strong experience with server environments and networking

• Knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms like Azure and AWS

• Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools

• Excellent problem-solving and team communication skills
