As a Technical Account Manager at iboss, you will develop strategic relationships with diverse customers across government, K12, and enterprise sectors. Your expertise in enterprise networks, cybersecurity, and customer advocacy will be crucial as you support clients in successfully integrating and utilizing iboss products. This hands-on role involves advising customers, managing their portfolios, and collaborating internally to optimize product alignment with customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer success with proactive outreach initiatives
• Manage and prioritize a diverse customer portfolio
• Serve as the iboss subject matter expert for clients
• Advise on new products and feature advancements
• Provide feedback to product management and R&D teams
Requirements:
• 4-year college degree required
• 3+ years in technical account management or sales engineering
• Previous technical support experience needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with network security concepts
