Become a key player as a Permanent, Full-Time Bilingual Technology Support Technician. Manage requests and provide efficient solutions that bolster operational efficiency.
In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving and documenting all technology requests through various channels. You'll address issues related to application support and access while managing regular operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Log technology requests from tickets, calls, and in-person
• Resolve requests related to applications and access
• Forward complex inquiries to appropriate technical teams
• Conduct recurring operational tasks effectively
• Communicate with vendors for resolution follow-up
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science is essential
• Bilinguality in spoken and written English required
• Knowledge of transportation industry preferred
• Strong ability to manage pressure and priorities
