Role Overview
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Category teams, you will help transform data into clear, actionable insights that support business performance and customer outcomes.
The role is office-based in Svenstrup, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across markets and channels.
Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.
Contribute to clear, insight-led reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Apply strong data visualisation best practices to communicate insights effectively.
Support the Global Marketing team with ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Technical & Analytical
Advanced Excel skills; strong PowerPoint capability.
Experience with Power BI and Tableau (dashboarding, data modelling); SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
Exposure to Python, SQL, or other analytical tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality.
Reporting & Communication
Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured insights.
Strong data visualisation and business storytelling skills.
Confident written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).

Team player, curious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative and eager to learn in a global environment.
Strong written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus.
Your qualifications
You likely hold a master’s degree in business economics or data Analytics and enjoy working systematically and analytically in an informal setting. The role is suitable for graduates as well as experienced analyst with 1-5 years of experience.
