Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze configuration specifications and business requirements
• Document current and future state process flows
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and gather insights
• Collaborate on test case development and integration planning
• Communicate data insights back to client teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or IT field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• CBAP certification is preferred
• Familiar with formal systems development lifecycle processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
