Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery and evaluation of the Genesis Residency program
• Recruit, onboard, and manage Entrepreneurs-in-Residence
• Oversee Genesis Startup Funds for supporting startups
• Develop resources tailored to growth-stage companies
• Collaborate with team to support early-stage founders
Requirements:
• Proven background in startup environments
• Experience in designing and leading programs
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficient in data evaluation and documentation
• Residing in Newfoundland and Labrador with work authorization for Canada
