Position: AI Learning Services Expert at EY

The position involves collaboration with business stakeholders, learners, and vendors to facilitate an enriching educational journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate virtual, in-person, and hybrid AI learning experiences

• Manage communication and logistics for learning programs

• Develop and maintain diverse learning content and LMS courses

• Enhance learner engagement using AI technology tools

• Track and analyze feedback to improve future programs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in learning operations or related fields

• Experience with learning management and reporting systems

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power Point

• adept with digital collaboration tools like SharePoint and Zoom

• Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
