Equitable's Group Benefits team is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to enhance member experiences during the implementation phase. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and client management, ensuring that all client requirements are accurately articulated and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for Advisors and clients
• Translate Group Benefits needs into internal processes
• Guide clients through the completion of documentation
• Oversee the entire implementation process
• Monitor timelines and proactively address risks
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience in Group Benefits
• Understanding of implementation lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy in all documentation
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation is an asset
