Production Planning Specialist - Pharmaceutical Supply Chain

Play a vital role as a Production Planning Specialist in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Oversee supply chain operations, logistics, and timely delivery of products while collaborating with various stakeholders.

This role necessitates a proactive approach to managing production schedules and order fulfillment. You will coordinate with CMOs and internal planning teams to execute effective supply plans and ensure inventory levels meet production demands. Engage in critical analysis of supply disruptions and risks affecting product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply activities with CMOs and internal teams

• Execute and monitor supply orders using SAP

• Monitor inventory, shortages, and allocations

• Communicate plans for GMP materials and products

• Provide insights into forecasting and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Associate degree required

• 4-7 years of relevant supply chain experience

• Advanced Excel skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems

• Strong understanding of inventory management processes
