Location: St. John's
Oversee repair operations for parts in the aerospace sector at PAL Technical Services in St. John’s, NL. Manage vendor interactions, expedite repairs, and ensure inventory levels are maintained effectively.
As a Repair Manager, you will guide the repair process from vendor selection to part disposition. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in parts procurement and technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine repair needs for quarantined parts
• Research and select preferred repair vendors
• Facilitate and expedite repair approvals through documentation
• Monitor stock levels and part distribution
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Previous experience of 2-3 years in logistics
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance parts
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Experience with customs and controlled goods regulations
