Position: Strategic Procurement Supervisor Needed
Location: St. John's

Lead procurement activities as a Procurement Supervisor, ensuring compliance and best value in acquisitions. This role balances high-level leadership with active involvement in procurement tasks.

As the Procurement Supervisor, you will supervise three Procurement Specialists while conducting critical procurement processes directly. You'll review solicitations, negotiate contracts, and manage high-risk acquisitions effectively. Your leadership will shape team development and enhance procurement efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor Procurement Specialists with priorities

• Oversee contract negotiations and vendor engagement

• Ensure compliance with procurement standards

• Manage high-risk solicitations and contract processes

• Create and maintain procurement-related reports

Requirements:

• Four years of experience in procurement management

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
Master’s preferred

• Strong understanding of procurement regulations

• Supervisory experience in a similar role

• Relevant procurement certifications preferred

Your expertise in procurement leadership will be instrumental in driving compliance and efficiency in acquisitions.
