Be a key player at DSV in Saint-John's as a Freight Forwarding Project Specialist. This full-time role requires expertise in managing oversized shipments while ensuring documentation accuracy and operational efficiency.

As a part of DSV’s logistics team, you will be responsible for processing import/export documentation and tracking shipments across multiple transport modes. Your ability to communicate effectively will enhance collaboration with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of freight forwarding meet compliance and quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and monitor all project freight documentation

• Assist with vendor export formalities and compliance

• Track shipments and provide follow-ups as needed

• Manage shipment statuses throughout the cycle

• Handle timely billing and invoicing tasks

Requirements:

• Educational background in logistics or related discipline

• 2 to 5 years of industry experience preferred

• Familiarity with air, sea, and trucking logistics

• Additional certifications in CIFFA or Dangerous Goods, a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills
