In this pivotal role, you will oversee the receipt and handling of materials offshore, ensuring all logistics adhere to regulations and project needs. Your responsibilities include operating lifting equipment, coordinating with both offshore and onshore teams, and maintaining accurate inventory records within our systems. Your contribution is essential for supporting successful construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the safe receipt, storage, and staging of materials

• Coordinate offshore loading and unloading operations

• Utilize SAP for inventory tracking and reporting

• Ensure all safety and documentation requirements are met

• Liaise with procurement and logistics to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or trade certification in logistics or relevant field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore logistics

• Strong knowledge of inventory and material handling

• Familiarity with hazardous materials and safety compliance

• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel
