Salary: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated) / 50 to 104 hours per month

Employment type: Part time (term or contract)

Work hours: Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, 21:00 to 02:00

Starts: As soon as possible

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• Clean changing rooms and showers
• Wax flooring
• Perform general cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping floors)

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Certificates & licenses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
• Security & safety: Bondable, basic security clearance, criminal record check, reference required
• Transportation: Own transportation/vehicle, willing to travel regularly, valid driver’s licence; public transport not available
• Work conditions & physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs), physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Personal suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability, team player, values & ethics, patience, honesty
• Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, office building, cleaning service company, various locations, commercial building, hospital/medical facility or clinic, warehouse, restaurant, retail service establishment, theatre
