Commercial Cleaning Inspector from ServiceMaster

Assist Service Master Clean St. John’s as a Commercial Cleaning Inspector. Ensure top-notch quality through site inspections and support for the cleaning team in St. John’s.

As a key player in this permanent part-time role, you will work 16 hours a week, primarily after hours, to monitor and maintain our cleaning standards. Your responsibilities will involve inspecting sites, addressing client concerns, and supporting cleaning staff in their efforts to meet expectations. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of commercial cleaning locations

• Ensure tasks align with company and client standards

• Identify and address deficiencies promptly

• Communicate effectively with team members

• Manage and maintain inspection records

Requirements:

• Janitorial or custodial experience is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with basic computer usage and mobile reporting
