Aboutthe Position
The Branch Associate will be responsible for both warehouse duties and customer service duties. You will work with customers to select the Canadian Energy product that best meets their needs, using product knowledge to find creative solutions. This role offers experience in customer service, office administration, invoicing, inventory organization, and warehousing, building a foundation for expanded career paths.
Typical Week- Customer Service
:
Provide an exceptional experience at the front counter and by telephone, offering new products and services or consolidating purchases to improve customer value. - Operations
:
Administer invoicing and manage customer accounts in the Company ERP system (Net Suite), including order‑taking, order entry, and order fulfillment. - Shipping and Receiving
:
Assist with warehouse duties such as labeling, preparing shipping documentation, conducting inventory counts, and general cleanup/maintenance. Depending on business needs, you may load and unload trucks/trailers, put away stock, and pick orders. - Safety
:
Consistently uphold all company culture, health and safety, security, and operational policies and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of safe material handling techniques. - Equipment
:
Safely operate power and manual lift equipment, and drive a forklift when required.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
LocationThis position is located in Paradise, NL.
Requirements- Able to consistently and safely lift 50 pounds.
- Developed customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow direction.
- Experience working with a forklift is an asset.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide a driver’s abstract.
