NLHC is seeking an experienced Labourer II to support property maintenance in the Eastern Region. You will assist trades staff with a variety of tasks, contribute to grounds maintenance, and complete custodial duties in occupied and vacant units. This role involves handling tools and vehicles safely while ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drywall, tile, and window installations

• Collect bulk garbage and debris for removal

• Unload materials and maintain clean worksites

• Perform custodial duties including floor maintenance

• Work in various weather conditions and environments

Requirements:

• High school completion plus building trade coursework

• Experience in semi-skilled building trades

• Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices

• Familiarity with custodial equipment and practices

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with acceptable abstract
