As an Industrial Cleaner, you'll perform diverse cleaning tasks at the Holyrood Thermal Generating Station.

Your role includes Type 1 and limited Type II asbestos abatement, operating mobile lift equipment, and working effectively in confined spaces. Maintaining safety protocols and environmental responsibility is crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and detailed cleaning at the plant

• Conduct Type 1 asbestos abatement following regulations

• Operate sky jacks and lift equipment safely

• Work at heights and in confined spaces as required

• Adhere to the Corporation’s Safety and Health Program

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• Experience in asbestos abatement coursework preferred

• Training in fall protection and WHMIS is an asset

• Must operate lift equipment and use respirators

• Valid driver's license required
