Janitorial Area Manager Role

Location: Conception Bay South

Join as an Area Manager leading Janitorial Services to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Drive performance and establish compliance across several retail locations.

In this role with an established Canadian facility maintenance company, you're responsible for managing Janitorial Services' scope of works. You'll coordinate daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality performance from partners and cleaners while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of janitorial service agendas

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Monitor partner performance and conduct audits

• Collaborate on compliance and training initiatives

• Develop short- and long-term business strategies

Requirements:

• Background in operations management or relevant experience

• Effective communicator with strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of cleaning and compliance standards

• Advanced technical skills, including familiarity with Salesforce

• Willingness to travel within the designated area
