Become a valued Floor Care & Special Projects Technician with our team. This full-time, year-round position ensures 40 guaranteed hours per week while requiring flexibility in scheduling.
As an integral member, you'll manage diverse projects including floor refinishing and carpet cleaning at client locations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a mechanical aptitude for managing equipment effectively. This role demands adaptability and the willingness to support varied services to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strip, wax, and restore commercial floors
• Conduct comprehensive carpet cleaning and maintenance
• Operate and take care of cleaning equipment
• Engage in special projects and building services
• Cover for teammates during their absence
Requirements:
• Commercial floor care and cleaning experience
• Mechanical aptitude for commercial equipment
• Strong attention to detail in tasks
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving history
