Support The Gathering Place's mission by becoming an Evening Maintenance Worker, performing essential repairs and maintenance tasks. This full-time position calls for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

The Gathering Place is looking for a dedicated Evening Maintenance Worker for a permanent position. You will play an active role in ensuring the facilities remain clean and functional. Your responsibilities will include repairs to drywall, plumbing, and more, promoting a safe environment for those served by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle various maintenance tasks including drywall and flooring work

• Conduct plumbing repairs as needed

• Perform safety inspections on facility systems

• Assist with furniture and equipment relocation

• Respond to emergency requests outside regular hours

Requirements:

• Required Carpentry certificate; equivalent experience accepted

• Preferably 1-2 years in property maintenance

• Familiarity with safety protocols in maintenance

• Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Valid driver's license
