Take charge as a Yard Department Manager and enhance our sales operations. Oversee daily tasks, marketing initiatives, and team performance.
In this role, you will manage the Yard/Drive Thru area, focusing on sales, inventory management, and customer engagement. Your leadership will set safety standards while ensuring associates are equipped to meet their goals. Solve issues fairly and mentor your team for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the department with a focus on safety and merchandising
• Clearly communicate tasks and tools to your team

• Address concerns from customers and associates professionally
Requirements:
• Proven ability to handle shifting priorities
• Background in retail sales and team supervision is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant products is a plus
