We are seeking a dedicated CAD/BIM Team Leader to manage our Ontario-based team. Directly reporting to the North American Discipline Lead, you will supervise the team and lead initiatives that align with project goals. Your effective management and collaboration with other regional leads will be crucial in delivering consistent results and implementing best practices across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the CAD/BIM team in Ontario effectively
• Lead team meetings and mentorship sessions
• Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Promote water discipline guidelines and best practices
• Support quality project execution across types
Requirements:
• Extensive CAD/BIM leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
• Experience with digital delivery methodologies
• Execution expertise within a 3D CDE environment
