Lead with excellence as the Assistant Financial Center Manager at our Downtown branch in Tulsa, OK. Oversee team performance, coach staff, and ensure outstanding member service while promoting a sales culture.
As an Assistant Financial Center Manager, you will partner with the Financial Center Manager to guide and motivate branch staff, ensuring adherence to the Credit Union’s core values of Trust, Integrity, and Teamwork. Your primary objective is to enhance relationships and drive results while maintaining a superior level of member service. This role blends leadership responsibilities and daily operational tasks, focusing on staff training and sales goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive member service excellence and resolve complaints
• Coach staff to meet personal and branch sales targets
• Analyze and approve loan applications within authority
• Supervise branch operations in the absence of the FCM
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven leadership skills and experience in community networking
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
• Detail-oriented and capable of mentoring staff
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
