We are currently seeking a lead maintenance technician. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, paid up to $44 per hour plus benefits. This hands‑on maintenance technician position includes supervising one other maintenance person (electromechanic) and reporting to the Operations Manager. The company has not yet implemented a computerized maintenance management system, but plans to adopt one in the future.

For now, candidates should be able to organize work orders through Excel, supervise a maintenance technician, and perform troubleshooting and repairs on the electrical and mechanical systems of the machines. The company operates in a stable industry and is best suited for candidates residing in the core of Toronto or the near east/north suburbs. Apply today if you meet the listed criteria.

• 5‑10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Background with CAD software.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Canadian permanent resident or citizen.
• Millwright/industrial electrician certification or mechanical/electrical engineering degree preferred but not mandatory.
