Position: Injection Molding Operator with Quality Focus

Take on an important role as an Injection Molding Operator focused on quality control. Operate machinery on the 2nd shift, inspect parts, and uphold safety procedures to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates will exhibit strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance. Responsibilities include not only running the machinery according to guidelines but also packaging parts accurately and reporting any defects encountered during the process. A high school diploma and fluency in English are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines and run standard cycle times

• Conduct thorough inspections and package products

• Document defects and communicate issues appropriately

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace

• Verify labeling and materials before processing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Preferred background in factory operations

• Must be fluent in English;
Spanish is a plus

• Dependable attendance and punctuality required

• Effective teamwork and communication skills needed
