As a vital member of our production facility, you will contribute to creating high-quality insulation blankets and textiles. We welcome individuals with prior industrial sewing experience or those looking to learn in textiles and fabrication. Your strong work ethic and commitment to quality will be key in this collaborative role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines for insulation products

• Sew and assemble items per production specifications

• Inspect finished goods for quality assurance

• Maintain sewing equipment with basic upkeep

• Support material handling and shop organization

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial sewing machines preferred

• Background in manufacturing or textiles is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Comfort with heavy-duty fabrics and measurements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
