As an NSWOC Nurse, you will provide skilled direct care and management to patients while educating the Para Med team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide wound, ostomy, and continence assessments and care
• Mentor and train nursing staff and families on procedures
• Collaborate clinically with the care team and stakeholders
• Participate in leadership roles within the clinical environment
• Supervise and guide new nurses through preceptorship
Requirements:
• Certified as a NSWOC
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing
• Community nursing experience highly valued
• Preferred registration with nursing associations
• English/French bilingual capabilities are advantageous
