Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-treatment patient assessments

• Manage IV access with sterile technique and skill

• Administer and monitor specialty medications securely

• Record all patient care activities in electronic systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in Ontario with good standing

• Minimum 2 years relevant nursing experience

• Infusion certification or hands-on IV experience

• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety

• Ability to educate patients effectively
