Cencora is hiring a Field and Infusion Nurse to enhance patient care through at-home treatments and clinic visits. Your expertise will be vital in administering medications and educating patients for better healthcare outcomes.
In this role, registered nurses or licensed practical nurses will perform crucial duties such as monitoring infusion therapies and documenting care procedures. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve patient-centric goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications across various settings
• Monitor and assess infusion treatments' effects

Requirements:
• Current RN or LPN registration
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience required
