Position Summary  Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role ensures that care plans are personalized, goal-oriented, and designed to support residents' well-being, dignity, and independence.
Qualifications, Education & Experience   Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of &NL.
Management experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities   Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a team.
Strong critical thinking and planning abilities.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
Ability to lead by example and provide exceptional care.
Flexibility to accommodate residents' and organizational needs.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Strong communication skills for interaction with residents, families, staff, government representatives, and vendors.
Basic computer proficiency.
