The ER Internship Program (ENIP) offers a comprehensive training pathway for compassionate, driven individuals seeking to excel in a team-oriented setting. Full-time roles commence with a detailed 3-week classroom session followed by 8-16 weeks in a preceptorship, allowing interns to experience varied shifts and grow their expertise in emergency care. This unique opportunity fosters personal and professional development in a vital healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct ICU patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Monitor and interpret patient vitals and health status
• React to critical medical situations swiftly
• Document patient care and assist in discharge processes
• Focus on emotional intelligence for patient interactions
Requirements:
• Active Florida RN License with 6+ months nursing experience
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Higher Degree in Nursing
• Pass EKG Script test during internship
• Preferred: ACLS certification and 1+ years in an Acute Care role
