Position: Full-Time Operating Room RN at BayCare
Become a vital part of Bay Care’s nursing team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse eph's Women's Hospital in Tampa, FL. This full-time position features daytime shifts from 6:30 AM to 3 PM and includes on-call responsibilities.

In this pool position, you will deliver specialized care while adhering to the highest nursing standards. We highly value candidates with substantial Operating Room experience, ideally 18 months or more. Embrace the collaborative environment at Bay Care, where your skills and growth will be supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care using established protocols

• Assign tasks to healthcare team members efficiently

• Serve as a preceptor and charge nurse as needed

• Ensure compliance with best practice nursing standards

• Promote continuous learning and professional accountability

Requirements:

• Current RN license and BLS certification

• Minimum of 18 months Operating Room experience required

• Associate's Nursing or equivalent;
Bachelor's preferred

• ACLS certification if mandated by the department

• Willingness to work on-call as part of the role
