About the Role
Integrated Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Labourers to support our clients’ winter operations. This role is essential in ensuring safe access to commercial and residential properties throughout the winter season.
Key Responsibilities

Remove snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and building entrances

Shovel, snow blow, and apply salt/sand as required

Safely operate snow removal equipment and tools (training provided as needed)

Conduct regular checks to ensure work areas remain safe and clear

Follow all safety procedures and utilize required PPE

Work efficiently in cold and changing weather conditions

Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team

Requirements

Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting, bending, shoveling, and extended periods outdoors

Punctual, dependable, and available for on-call shifts during snow events

Reliable transportation to job sites (some locations may not be transit-accessible)

Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions

Previous snow removal or general outdoor labour experience is considered an asset

What You Can Expect

Prompt weekly pay via direct deposit

$17–$20/hour
